 Day 01: Delhi
After arriving, see a sharp division between New & Old Delhi.
Day 02: Delhi
Visit Old Delhi, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk and Raj ghat, Humayun's Tomb Qutab Minar, India Gate, President House and other govt. buildings.
Day 03: Delhi - Corbett
Visit the Corbett Foundation and have a nature walk in the reserve forest area which is rewarding to study the flora and bird life of Corbett.
Day 04: Corbett
Drive to Durgadevi to have the elephant safari tour.
Day 05: Corbett
Early morning do a safari in the chowds. Reach Maidhavan on river Mandal. Have hot lunch on the river site and after some rest, a short hike / jeep ride to reach the forest rest house of Kanda.
Day 06: Corbett safari tours India
Leave by jeep for a safari to Dhikala to see tigers, wild elephants, sambar, hog deer, mongoose etc and reptiles like gharial & crocodiles.
Day 07: Corbett - Delhi
After breakfast, free, leave for Delhi.
Day 08: Depart Delhi
Transfer to the airport to board flight back home. |
